before phoebe and paige knew it, piper her loved sister was by her side to help her and her other sister, billie was directly oppisite paige, "this was the time if piper were to just freeze it, then piage could run to me and piper, billie could use her powers to move it and paige could orb us to billie then eventally home" phoebe said to herself, the thought just rushing through her head
