Appearance: Piper has long straight dark brown hair, deep brown eyes and likes to wear all kinds of colors for clothing, she doesn't wear much black. She has 2 tattoos one on each wrist that wraps around the wrist. She is about 5'5 or so, she is rather short, she likes to wear shoes with heels so she could be a little higher. She has a slightly curvy body after giving birth to her two sons wyatt and chris.

Personality: Piper is one of the sisters who stays by what she says. She likes to mother her sisters and is very kind to others. Sometimes she can be selfish in times of weakness, she is very protective as well, thats why when one of the sisters has a boyfriend, it takes a very long time to trust them, any new boyfriends or friends that are involved with the family one way or another, it takes her a long time to trust them, thinking they could be a danger of some kind.

Her mother died when she was a child, and her father was not around, so Piper was raised by her Grams, Penny Halliwell. Piper worked at "Quake" as a chef/assistant manager until she opened her own club, which she named "P3" after the halliwell tradition.

In 2001, after a rocky courtship, Piper married her white lighter Leo. In the spring of 2003, after months of trying, Piper became pregnant with their first child.
