right the way we are going to get Leo back is quite simple it will go like this

phoebe meets everyone in the attic and she tells everyone her plan.
phoebes plan is that somehow Billie, Paige and phoebe go back in time, back to patty and penny (mum and grams) and they get their magic. they go back to the future with their new power and summon the angel of destiny and piper says "we have enough power to vanish you and everything in this world, we wont however if you give us Leo" the angel of destiny says "okay if he means that much to you" Leo returns and i bright white light comes and they loose their power they gained for (grams and mum) but still having their original power
