i have enjoyed thank i like them did they take long?

No they did not take long. They work good. I did the weight loss one and lost like 70lbs. I feel great now. A friend of mine did the headache one and has not had a headache since.

I know that they are long but sometimes they need to be. I love doing them and they work. So I have been told and experienced. thank you for your kind words.
