Ingrediants!
A piece of Fabric
A tiny bit of garlic.
salt
sage
thyme
sewing kit
string
A piece of Fabric

Cut out a square from a fabric material of your choice.
Cut off a tiny bit of garlic.
add in a pinch of salt
add the thyme
add the sage.
fold the fabric to make it look like a small bag or a pouch.
as you sew the fabric together chant this:
Protect me from evil,
Protect me from spells,
Protect me with all your might,
As I sew this bag of spells.
Any one who puts a spell on me,
Reflect it and protect me!
if you want to wear it round your neck,
just make a small hole and stick a string through it,
tie it at the tips and wear it.
remember to make the string as thick as possable.
